I saw the beautiful liar video, and I was surprised to see
Beyonce match the wiggle with Shakira. I think both were
equally good, though Beyonce seemed to be more into
showing off her assets rather than dancing......
Hmm...Shakira would win...hehe

Shakira can move parts of her body that the rest of us don't even know exist. I don't think Beyonce is anything special. Anyone with decent rhythm who is capable of following choreography can dance like her. Shakira all the way.

Shakira... don't get me wrong, i love beyone, but Shakira definitly knows many different kinds of dances, from Latin to Arabic and i think Shakira taught Beyone the small belly dances moves in their "beautiful liar" video... sometimes when i see Beyone in her videos(especially the Deja Vu one) she just randomly dances all around, so wild... lol.... but Shakira knows what she's doing and her moves have a lot of skill, but Beyone too has a lot of different talents. If you talk about their voices, now this one i would say Beyone is better. Shakira has a good voice but i dont know i dont really like the thickness in her voice but Beyone has a strong, powerful voice that is generally soft and well she has some nice dance moves too(R and B and stuff) so i would say Dance: Shakira-Voice: Beyonce+other dances

when it comes to belly dancing and hip shaking, shakira is a real life proffessional at it (she's even half middle eastern on her dad's side)...she's been doing it for aeons...
beyonce is a great dancer too ofcourse, but in the 'beautiful liar' video, although she looks hot and her curves look fantastic, she looks like she's trying too hard....
so Shakira it is! she's probably not as curvy as beyonce but she's definitely a natural seductress and a pro at hip shaking!
