I'd assume not! try and drink 100 Percent fruit juice- mixed, apple, orange etc. five alive has a really good variety, im addicted. Milk is the best for you :) (ugh) and water is very good! drink as much as possible. Cranberry Juice is good, especially if you have a bladder infection- which pregnant women are mune to get, i had it for almost all of my pregnancy. Root beer is good (somewhat) no caffiene. limit your coffee !!I'd limit your cappucinos, although i did sneak one evey now and then (tim hortons, of course).
try to not drink anything with sugar- like Kool aid. Kool aid is only good for making play dough :)
kool aid is cheap, but you can buy no name 100 percent juices for cheap. when you go to the store, try and not buy any juices that say juice drinks, etc...make sure it says right on it, 100 percent juice. if it does not say that, and says something else, than its not filled with the right things that makes it 100 percent, like sugars, and other things you dont need for your baby. Waters cheap to :)
drink healthy :) have a homemade fruit smoothie or milkshake for me :)

If you're having severe morning sickness and this is the only liquid you can keep down, it's better than nothing. But like some of the others have suggested, maybe cut back on the sugar or use more water per glass. I couldn't drink plain water at first either, but I'd just dilute fruit juice (100% juice, not the "cocktail" type) or add lemon or lime to my water.
Is there a Splenda version of Kool Aid? Or can you substitute Splenda for some/all of the sugar? Supposedly it is safe during pregnancy.

That's all I could drink my first pregnancy, that and diluted juice. I couldn't stand the smell of water -any water bottled or tap. Let alone the taste.
Just use as little sugar as possible and dilute it as much as possible.
Obviously it is best to drink plain water, but dehydration is a major cause of preterm labour and other problems. And koolaid contains vitamin C which has been shown to prevent preterm labour and premature rupture of membranes. So there are better things to be drinking, but there are also worse, and not getting enough liquid is the worse thing of all.

If that's all you drink, that's not good. Too much of anything isn't good, especially Kool-Aid; all that sugar.
My daughter is pregnant and has a major pop problem. The doctor told her to switch at least some of the time to non-caffeinated pop, and for every glass of that, she has to drink a glass of water.
It's okay to drink Kool-Aid while you're pregnant, just not okay to ONLY drink Kool-Aid.
You've got to get some calcium in there too! Very important. If you don't like milk or chocolate milk, try the juices w/added calcium.

You need to find something else to drink- immediately. Koolaid is not good for anyone- especially a child or a pregnant woman.
Crystal light packets taste like koolaid and have NO SUGAR. In addition it's only 5 calories per serving.
Switch to that or start drinking water or 100% fruit juice.

Yes, although it does have a lot of sugar in it. You might try to reduce the sugar in it (if it's the kind you add sugar to) or dilute it with extra water from time to time. You also probably want to drink some milk every now and then, too.
I assume you're taking vitamins and eating a balanced diet otherwise?

You are what you eat (drink).
So what kind of baby do you think you will deliver? One with a giant smily face and colored koolaid-red? It probably isn't the best, but there is worse.

There's a lot of sugar in koolaid, just watch weight, it might be a lot of extra empty calories.

You need to drink skim milk. My doctor wanted me to drink one quart per day. Koolaid contains empty calories which you don't need.

I would not see why not, but maybe try to get some plain water in there too once in a while. It's better than nothing if thats all you can tolerate.
