You're going to need to take the vehicle into a shop and have them flush the system out. As you probably have heard water and oil don't mix. The water when mixed with oil causes a gummimg up process and turns milky white, it is thinning out. Oil is there for a reason (lubrication, heat dispursement, etc.)

Step 1. Turn off engine!! Water in the engine can cause extensive damage to your engine. Remove the oil drain plug located under the engine on the drain pan. Let the oil drain for awhile to ensure all the oil has drained out. Put new oil into engine. Don't forget the plug!!! Your vehicle should tell you the type of oil to use eg. 10w-30 or 5w-30. There is usually a sticker located under the hood with all of the specifications.

Don't run the engine anymore. You'll damage the engine. Have your car towed to a shop to change the oil or get a friend to come over and change your engine oil and install a new filter.

Drain the oil. Then take the pan off and wipe it out, put a new gasket on, and sealer, and reattach the pan. Make the next couple of oil changes within a short time, and do it when the engine is HOT.

Do not run the engine
Drain every drop of oil and water out of it that you can.
Change filter and add new oil.
Run for a few moments and repeat the above.
Run for a few more minutes and repeat the above again.
Change oil and filter again in a few hundred miles if it seems to run okay.
If it still doesn't seem to run okay after the first two oil changes, hang it up. Your buddy ruined your motor.

Oh my........

Be prepared to buy a new engine.

You need to have the oil changed, and flushed a couple times to get all the water out of the engine oil.

DO NOT RUN THE ENGINE! Doing so will cause considerable damage. Call the tow truck, tow your car to your mechanic, and tell him what happened. Now try to find a friend that is a little smarter, after you collect the cost of the repair from him or her of course.

Oil must be drained and flushed. Engine parts lubricated by oil, such as rings and pistons, dont like water. I don't suggest you drive the car until that is done.
