dx/dt=-3sin(t)
dy/dt=3cos(t)
Therefore, unit vector tangent = (sqrt(2)/2, sqrt(2)/2)
Unit normal is (-sqrt(2)/2, sqrt(2)/2)

Easy, x=7cost, y=-7sint, t= pi/3
