Fake a Garage Sale
Print up signs leading to a garage sale at your victim's house.
Prints up lots of them with big letters announcing the garage sale starts at 7:00 AM and goes until 7 PM.
Post the signs around the neighborhood of your victim the night before the sale.
If you are really smart, use someone else's car.
