I have a website and i need the Beta testers to be able to edit the website from the website, like in wikipeda. I need them to just be able to click edit and then it will provide them with the editable field. What do i need to do for this to happen?

As stated above you can use Wiki software if you want a little more control you need to use a CMS (content management system) Open source has plenty of these and one of them is sure to fit the needs of your website.
Zoomla, phpwebsite, wordpress, drupal, and many others.
Just do a Search for CMS

I would suggest an open source application that allows you to run a Wikipedia type website. Have a look at MediaWiki.
