Everyone like all my guy friends tell me dont dont watch cus your going to think its disgusting. Well I'm a girl and I'm 14 and I didnt find it disgusting at all like even the parts where they cut off the heads. Is it weird?

Nah it's normal. I'm a 17 year old girl and I didn't find 300 disgusting either. Some people just get grossed out more easily than others, and some don't. Plus 300 really isn't that disgusting as far as disgusting movies go.

Well if you are usally disgusted by blood and gore then yes it is a lil odd but most ppl these days are not effected by blood and gore because we see it all the time and 300 wasnt meant to be seen in a disgusting way they could have made it that way but they didnt becuase they wanted to tell a story of honor and glory not show a slasher flick

That's not weird 300 wasn't suppose to be disgusting. It was a movie portraying the amazing history of the Spartans. I think your friends were just joshing around with you.

Not weird at all. It just goes to show you that you have ignorant guy friends who still live in the caveman era as far as their thinking goes. You're obviously a modern kind of woman, the kind of gal that can appreciate a great action film with amazing cinematography.

No. The disgusting part is really the butcher job they did on history.
The disgusting part was the hype around throwing around the idea of freedom so proudly by people who weren't free. Not because it would have happened back then. But modern day propaganda to confuse modern day idealism.

yea of course ur not weird i hate it when guys think that cause we're girls we'll be all freaked out by a little blood when thats not even the majority of girls anymore! i saw 300 and im 15 and i loved it and im not a real girly girl but still doesnt mean ur weird guys just have that one way thinking. haha glad u enjoyed it :D
