too bad the phenomenon of healthy self esteem, manifests as an apparent hand break on as well . It get a bad rap in this time of hyper acheivement

To the observer it looks like that person has low self esteem when in fact they may be secure enough to not need to go all out. Balanced enough to not need to prove anything. Spiritual enough to not seek false gratification.


but the quote above also holds truth....when people believe they are not good enough to excell they do hold back...trouble is they feel that way because they compare themselves to others and society's standards and haven't figured out they don't need to do that!
