I have a hard drive that has 4 partitions, and 3/4 of them are corrupt (system volume info is corrupt). What do I do because I need the info off of them.

If you are lucky you can take it to a computer repair shop and the will be able to get the information off for you, if there is anything left.

Get a hold of Data Recovery tools.
eg Getdataback v2.1
File Rescue Plus! v3.0 or higher
Advanced EFS data recovery
