I have actually been to jail! Its not as bad as you think honestly the worse thing is the boredom. However i had a job, a TV, a radio, and my own personal room with a lock on the door. So if i ever wanted privacy i could get it to a certain degree. If you dont have a job or people sending you moneyt so you can buy food at the commisary then the food is #2 reason it sucks!

the isolation , time spent without your children. being told what to do when to do it. not being able to leave, really all of it. the worst is the racist guards, with there personal problems taking it out on you, whats that song? I fought the law and the law won.

Boredom. Also, I know people that have gone to actual prison (not just jail) and they told me that there are enough actual gays/ bi's in there that you don't have to really worry about being raped.

If they took away 3 meals a day,tv's,computers,books and pool tables it would surely be hard for anyone in there,it would be like some sort of punishment.
