Think of it this way: The NBA is the best league in the world, paying the most in salaries.
Anyone who comes over here, and makes it in the NBA, is going to be really good. There's no reason to come over here and be the 12th man -- it's better to stay home with friends and family and actually play.
It's the same way in hockey. All Swedes aren't great players, but the ones who play here often are better than average. It's the Canadians and Americans who fill out the rosters.
The reverse is true in well. In some pro basketball leagues in Europe, each team grabs an American or two as stars. The rest of the team has natives on it. Those fans probably think every American is a great player, relatively speaking.

I can't assess all of those guys but I do know that alot of the Euro white guys come from East Europe where there is alot of poverty and not much opportunity. Basketball is basically "a way out" of that life. I remember on Outside The Lines they were talking about most of the white guys not being from the U.S. I think that has alot to do with white guys from East Europe being much more motivated to succeed because the alternative to them not making it is much worse than a guy from here not making it.

I don't really understand your question ... it's worded very weirdly. But, if you're asking why are foreign white players good ... they all are not. Look at Darko Milicic (2nd pick overall in '03, before Carmelo and Dwyane Wade). Furthermore, look at how long that list is you have there ... there really aren't that many.

Not every white foreign player is great, All the players you mentioned were/are the best player in their WHOLE country, black or white, Its not like they are random foreign white players taken off the streets, they are in the NBA for a reason

Simple, in other countries there is more emphasis placed on fundamentals. These guys obviously have spent a great deal of time working on their skill set; shooting, passing etc . . .
