For me, twice: After I got a piercing (12 or 13) and while I was getting blood drawn (15). Even as an adult, I have to have someone accompany me whenever I get bloodwork done. I'm a goner if I even look in the general direction of my arm. (:

At age 27, when I was about 2 or 3 months pregnant with my first child, then about 14 or 15 years later, I was startled in the middle of the night and had a delayed reaction, and then about 4 years ago, I got out of a too-hot hot tub where there was no cool air circulating and down I went. All naked and everything.

Once in school during the assembly. The other kids dragged me to the nurse's room. They a few time while playing hockey, basketball or cycling fast I blacked out. But then I just put my head between my knees and was okay after a few minutes.
