I’ve heard many lies.
This is the worst.
To build up an ego.
And just let it burst.
I went in the world,
believing your words,
Took a step out the door,
and was shot down like a bird.
How can you stand it?
Telling such things.
To build up an ego,
and give mankind wings.
I'd also like some ideas on titles....thanks in advance!

I really like it. I think you should divide it into stanzas. For the title maybe you can say... "Convinction"
I love one word titles...they say so much without saying a lot.

sounds fine to me. someone is full of lies and hate, no humanity, no mercy. . . . shot down like a bird. . . malicious liar spreading lies!
