My PNY 256MB SD card stopped working about a year ago...help!?

It always says memory card error, and my camera, or computer, will not recognize it. What theheck happened. It looks fine. Is there anyway to make it not work.=(

Sometime they just die without reasons, I go through dozens of them and USB memory sticks a year.
SD Cards are dirt cheap, better off just buy another for less than $10, life is too short to find out why
