Minnesota is a no fault divorce state where proof of the other person's fault is not required. What if the other person is cheating on their spouse? Is there any recourse either against the spouse or the other man?

I live in Pa, and we have " No Fault Divorce" also. This means, if you file for a no fault both agree to a divorce and the person applying has to get the other to sign. the papers are sent to them directly but the person who applied for the divorce is automatically the plainiff, the other automatically the defendent. You never get into the details of what brought about the divorce it is granted simply because both parties agree to the divorce so no divorce court, no reasons are revealed, and no contesting the divorce. If party two don't agree then they just don't sign. If party one still wants a divorce and party two still won't sign then i guess they'd have to go through divorce court to settle the matter and let the judge decide - but need to prove your case for it to be granted, I am thinking.

i replaced into married for 4 and my criminal expert reported no because of fact we hadnt been married long adequate. Divorces arent relaxing or straight forward yet having no marital property jointly makes it as straight forward as accessible.
