In his 60s now, no.
But if he were in his prime like around Wrestlemania 3, he'd be a mega tough challenge for Big Show and Big Show would be the one who'd need a whole lot of heart to win.
So with Andre and Big Show both in their prime, I would ultimately say Andre, but Big Show would win a few matches to.

I do not believe either would win and I go with a double count out .Through the history of Andre the Giant;s career many a wrestler did not try to get the match underway but The Big Show would but after both men fight in frustration, they take it the outside where both are counted out.

the comparable way each tournament with the comparable form of wrestler seems..................boring undertaker vs kane lesnar vs goldberg hogan vs the rock the only form of wrestlers that are exciting with the comparable form are extreme flyers and probably submitters.
