I am sorry to hear that. You pray for them, you be there for them, you love them.Even though your heart is breaking at least you have had the chance to know and love them. You cherish them, and keep them forever in your heart,it may not stop the breaking but it can ease the pain

So sad to hear of something like this. Just be there for that person and let her know what she means to you. However please do not make it any more difficult for her to live with that. Be loving and understanding, compassionate and cheerful and do not use pity... I've been through something like this and one needs to let go and let God at some point, no matter how difficult it is.
Have a wonderful week-end and cheer your dear one up! Find a way to laugh together. This makes miracles on your state of mind.
GBY.

that sounds very sad!!!! maybe its for the better. Everthing happens for a reason. And hey a miracle might happen and that person might live for longer than 6 months. Thats what happened to my grandfather they said 5 more months and he lived for a year and a half. Try to think of the bright side of things this person is probably going to go to a better place and that person is loved by you.

Help to make that 6 months as wonderful for them as you can. Then after it's over, when you are sad, you can remember your time together with good memories. I'm so sorry.

Live every day like it is your last, or so the sayings goes.
Enjoy everyday that you have with your friend and strive to make it day your best day. No one knows really when our race will be run and when the end is near.
Just know that you will carry on...

you must be strong, don't let this persons last 6 months be full of sorrow. Be there for them, hang out, watch movies, talk. Videotape your times together, one day you will be to enjoy those times together. I am sorry you are going through this.

Spend those six months with them.. make that person happy, spend so much time with them, when they pass away they will go peacefully and happily remembering the time you two spent together, it will hurt but you can always remember you made this person happy before they passed on..

Make the most out of those 6 months then!
I'm really sorry for you. But don't kill yourself. That other person would probably not want you to kill yourself just because they died.
