The lower back is just sore muscular wise and it always crackles and when i bend over it hurts and cracks the most?? I stretched a lot strengthened a lot and went to different doc.'s and chiro's and nothings workin, do i do acupuncture now ?? or should i wait a couple months and see if i just gradually goes away??

Consider this: do you sit all day at work? Get up and stretch throughout the day. Also, work on strengthening your abdominal muscles. The stronger your abs are the less your back needs to work.
You could also try glucosamine tablets.

First go and see a Physiotherapist, then see if you have a local class of Pilates in the area. Stretching is fine providing you know how to stretch and so on, the Physiotherapist will be able to help as the problem seems to be the muscles.

i agree...stretching will probably help alot. be aware of your posture too. if you sleep on your side, put a pillow between your knees. that way your lower back won't be twisting while you sleep. try doing some core exercises. nothing too intense...just some exercises that will strengthen your core, balancing out your back.

well go to the doctor and see what he/she says then if they dont help your hopeless
