We put the Shaw of Iran into power with the help of the British, he got the boot. We then backed Saddam with weapons and intelligence against Iran. Then we decided Saddam was a tyrant and we went in there and got rid of the evil dictator. We play every side against each other as our purposes suit us and as usual it ends up backfiring on us. Maybe instead of trying to steal these people's resources from them we should just deal with them above board and fairly from the start.

Because almost all of that money (not sent to Swiss bank accounts) came back to good old American Military-Industrial Complex industries who sold munitions, weapons and supplies to support the war the same Military-Industrial Complex industries who got this administration selected in the first place.
(And, according to latest government audits, a lot of that equipment is gathering cobwebs in Iraq for the Iraqis never wanting it in the first place or for never having been training in how to use the very high-tech stuff.)

Hey everyone, i think that you would be more intrested if you knew that i am an arabian egyptian muslim girl, anyways i would like to tell you "where have you been that long?". america did start a war in the miidle east, america entered iraq as it said that saddam was a tyrant but hey what do you have to do with it? ofcourse thats not the truth america is stealing iraqs oil, our oil, why are you so mean, what did we do to you for gods sake? my brothers and sisters die everyday in iraq and in palastine and i cant take any more, i love politics thats why i am writing this and i love my country but wait it started with palastine then iraq and now america is having its shot with sudan and iran and then i will find america in my home in egypt,people do something,writing this message is the best i can do.america is stealing our resources because simply we have the best resources ever and simply because you want to control the world.the last thing i want to tell you is leave us alone, we want to live, dream and just have fun like normal people.is what i am asking too much?!!!! =(

War is a great way to control. Pit two enemies against each other and they won't notice you drain all the oil in exchange for 20 yr. old weapons...
