There is a program which name is Free Hidden Window , i think you installed it , you have to uninstall it from Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs , if there is nothing , you should delete it from your Startup , Start -> Run -> Type msconfig -> and select Startup Tab -> You should see something like freehiddenwindow there. If you find it unclick it, otherwise i dont know :)

It might have installed itself when you downloaded something.
Here's an idea.
Go to www.pandasoftware.com, do a FREE scan, save the report, it will show you how.
GO over to www.geekstogo.com and read the malware section on before posting. Download the programs they have there, update them, run them.
If you still have the problem, then you should post a HiJackThis file there.

It sounds like spyware. Run an anti-spyware scan, like ad-aware free edition.
