When my kids cut their mouths ever we always give them a teaspoon of sugar.
We even keep sachets of sugar in the first aid kit and the changing bag for outdoor emergencies.
I cannot honestly guarantee that there is any science behind it but it does seem to reduce bleeding very quickly.
Maybe it thickens the blood to help with clotting or something.
Mainly though it stops children crying if you put neat "kiddy elixir" straight onto their tongue. :-D

suck on something cold like a ice lolly or buy sore throat sweets as these numb you tongue otherwise just bear it fro a few daysit will get better. the reson the tongue takes ages to heal is because its always moist hope this helps

It'll heal on it's own. The pain should subside really soon. Just give it a few hours and it should heal. If it hurts, put a piece of ice on it then let ur body do the healing.

Try sucking on some ice chips.

just leave it and dont eat anything salty or sour as it will hurt.
it will soon stop hurting, if the pains that bad , take a painkiller.

Very little, use an antiseptic mouthwash to minimise infection risk, it should heal on its own.

use a bit of bojella cream it will be better by monday. dont mess about with it, leave it alone and eacarefully.
