WHy would you sue your own husband. everything you guys have monetarily is shared. THat would be a pain in the *** and the judicial system would laugh at you.

It is not sexual harassment, the person who did it is not getting any kind of gratification from the act, there is not a hostile work environment, it is not a habitual offense and you do not know who did it. Would it matter if you did? Would you be more angry at one person and not another? Should your manager take it more seriously probably so. However, it was a joke, maybe in poor taste but take it for what it is which is an isolated case of poor judgment. If we were to all be sued for that none of us would have jobs and we would all be felons.
