Umm, you mean Web SITE? Depends on your computer. If you have a mac, then it is real easy. If you have a PC, then it gets a little harder. Macs are better for doing that kind of stuff. Most of them should come with a program called iWeb, but first, you will need a server. (Like www.yourserver.com) You should try http://www.com. They sell domain names. Once you have a domain name, you will need to find a program that will let you create a good looking site. Of course, I could make the site for you if you purchase the server.

First you need a place for your site to live. There are plenty of cheap web hosts (like Dreamhost....please enter elvenarch@yahoo.com as the referrer), or free ones like Yahoo's Geocities or Angelfire. The free ones will require ads to be placed on your site.

Next, you need an html editor. Please do not use FrontPage. It's no longer supported by Microsoft and creates crappy code to boot. CuteHTML has a free trial for 30 days. That is a WYSIWIG editor (what you see is what you get). Geocities has an online editor that's pretty simple. Or, if you want to go hardcore and learn the right way, just download crimson editor (http://www.crimsoneditor.com - and no, I didn't write it). That will enable you to edit html tags by hand.

You will also need an FTP editor to get your files from your computer to your site. FTP is sort of like email, but for site files. Filezilla is free (or again, Geocities has a web-based uploader).

Once you have html pages, just load them to your web host. If you're using geocities, they will give you a domain like http://geocities.yahoo.com/your_yahoo_id, otherwise you will need a domain name. You can get them from Godaddy for under $10.

It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. :)

The first step: "Web-site" not a "web-sight". But it's ok, this is the first step and you have already learned the first thing - how to write "site" and not right "sight".
Step 2: Read http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
Step 3: Read http://www.w3schools.com/xhtml/default.asp
Step 4: Read http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp
Step 5: Read http://www.htmldog.com/reference/htmltags/

Read them all.
