Bush always says I will listen to my commanders on the ground. Most have said the soldiers are being worn out and need a break. The tours are too long and they R&R is too short. They are also saying the extended tours are taking a toll on our soldiers mentally.

Bush has no prior military experience and his overwhelming EGO is in charge. This is a sign of a failure of a leader, Bush is a lame duck President.

comparable interior the united kingdom, in 2004 the Chiefs of the Defence team (The Senior officers of all our Forces) threatened to resign en-mass over government plans approximately kit etc. our legislators, who're sh1t at politics, think of they might tell pro Generals a thank you to run a conflict, the only reason is as a results of the fact they dedicate to conflict yet without caution see how a lot it fee's and that they attempt to do each little thing at the cheap, regardless of what the consequence is on our forces, it is as a results of the fact they are afraid that in the event that they improve the tax etc to disguise the fee, they are going to lose their jobs. recently even with us having to apply reserve infantrymen on the front line in Afghanistan, it replaced into printed that they have got been going to cut back the education funds for reserve infantrymen via £20m. it is an extremely small volume interior the scheme of issues yet could have had a substantial consequence on the infantrymen. That how sh1t they are.

Soldiers get 6 months tours then come home.... the only thing is, they really don't have a choice, they signed that contract they knew BEFORE they went in they would be training for war and that's what their job is from now on... I have never heard of any soldier complain about their job, but maybe that's cause the only ones i talk to are Marines. and they are the best in the world. You should thank them. [i'll thank my boyfriend for you]

That's a hard question!!
They only listen to people that are privileged and are handed a silver spoon. They will also only listen people that have no military records or they just can't seem to find them, if you know what I mean.
Mission accomplished!!!

Because the military commanders are not saying what the Bushiots want to hear.

Just as the intelligence community wasn't saying what they wanted to hear in the buildup to the war, so they invented their own intelligence.

This is what makes the Bushiots' actions treasonous.

the answer is simple and disturbing.

bush will only listen to people who share his distorted version of reality.

bush lives in a thought bubble, where he is completely isolated from how people really think and what is really going on anywhere about anything.

he had to be shown a video made by his staff in order to become informed about katrina - this guy is as far in lala land as anyone in the world today.

any military leaders who have disagreed with bush have been fired - including colin powell.

bush cares about one person in the whole world - himself...

Bush has lost so many good, experienced military leaders because they have told him the truth. He doesn't care.
Bush or cheney NEVER fought a war, have no experience in a war or any loved one over there. How in the world does that make them experts? Our troops are serving at the "pleasure of the president". I hope he's enjoying it.

Hah.. I like the logic of that second comment. Our generals are top-notch military experts who should be listened to (even though they aren't allowed to say anything differant from the party line), but as soon as they retire they are morons and shouldn't be listened to at all. great logic there skippy.

The orders to Bush come from cheney and cheney got orders from oil companies like Exon Connoco, the militar and our govrnment is used by the oil machinery. And most Americans are either blind of depth or completlely ignorant retarded to see the light..
