Copy all your fonts (extension should be .ttf) to C:\Windows\Fonts directory , then restart your program which you use for project, now you can see new fonts on there.

Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type %windir%\fonts, and then click OK.
3. On the File menu, click Install New Font.
4. In the Drives box Double-click the folder that contains the fonts.
5. Click the font you want to add. To select more than one font at a time, press and hold down the CTRL key while you click each font.
6. Click to select the Copy Fonts To Fonts Folder check box. The Windows\Fonts folder is where the fonts that are included with Windows are stored.
7. Click OK.

Go to "Start >> Control Panel", open "Fonts", select "File >> Install New Font", select the location of the fonts you have downloaded (select the drive from the "Drives" list and the exact location from the "Folders" List). Then it checks for the fonts you have downloaded. Click "Select All" and click on "OK". This will install the fonts.

TIP: If you have downloaded a ZIP compressed folder that contains the fonts, extract the fonts first (right-click on the zip file and choose extract), and select the extracted folder (not the zip file) in "Install New Fonts" as the location of the fonts.

First copy the new font file. Click Start -- Control Panel --open the Fonts folder. Past the new font into the folder. It should then appear on the font list when you open any of the Windows programs.

I assume that you are using Windows (sorry no idea if it is a Mac)

Save the font somewhere handy (like your desktop).
Go to control panel and then fonts.

Then go to file and install new font

navigate to where you save the font and it will then be identified and when you click it will be installed

Next time you open your application your new font should be there

Do what they said but make sure that you close out the program you are using and then start it up again after you have installed the fonts. Also make sure you are looking for the correct name. Also what program are you using the font for?
