how do i remove the old paint from my 98 buick regal and apply new paint ?

It's not generaly necessary to remove the old paint. Just prep it for painting by wet sanding ALL of it with wet-dry 600 grit sand paper and water.

Well I would take gasoline and dump it all over the car....you might want to step back because the fumes might get to you....after stepping back please strike a road flare and throw it toward your car ....at this you might want to run.....that should do the trick.

go to maakoo or prime it down and sand it.then painted
