Through the same channels that everybody else who wishes to emigrate to England does - Employment Agencies.

She needs to practice her English. I work with lots of Chinese people and they seem to have had no trouble getting jobs. Even if it is not exactly the job your girlfriend wants, hospitals and anywhere in the food industry are great ways of getting her foot through the door whilst she looks around for something better.
Good luck to her!

She woul 1stly have to speak good English and have a goo level of education, also a proffesion would be good such as a doctor or something in the meical field as we have a severe lack of good doctors.

But i will say that we have millions of people trying to get in to this country every year and there really is not much room for anymore.

Good luck
