you have to design your webpage urself. but if you want free space http://geocities.yahoo.com , and you can make easy design from geocities.

if you are going to sell products you would be way better off to get a paid host.
the free ones are offline 3 or 4 days a month.
the free ones won't help you promote/advertise your web site.
the free ones won't help you with coding problems like you will run into with php and mysql that you'll need on a selling site.
in otherwords, paid hosts will get you way more customers.
