A couple of years ago I was watching a marathon on TV and Paula Radcliffe was running, suddenly she squatted down and had a dump in her shorts then reached round and pulled it out had a look and flung it to side. My question is , Knowing the cameras are on you and you are desperate Would you Could you,?
