She is going because she has been under the mistaken impression that her families money can buy her way out of anything.
She has been allowed to get away with some much and damn the consequences
She was busted for driving under the influence in Sept 2006.
She was convicted in November and given 36 months probation, a $1,500 fine and a suspended license and ordered to go to an acohol education class.
She was busted on Jan 15, for driving erratically and with a suspended license. She signed a document acknowledging that she was aware her license was suspended. She was stopped again Feb 27, and busted again for driving without a valid license.
She was in deep doodoo for probation violation then and with the threat of possible jail time she could not even take her sorry a*s to court on time. I am sure that also pissed off the judge, her showing up late.
It is a reminder that money does not buy class.
So the judge came down a bit hard. If the judge was really a hardass, she could have gone to jail for the remainder of probation time she violated. She better be happy with those 45 days.

Because she's a spoiled brat who thought she was above the law when she broke her probation by driving with a suspended license not once but twice. Then having to show up to her court date over ten minutes late. I for one am glad. She is not above the law and hopefully she'll actually serve time instead of getting out of it.

I think its a wivkid stupid reason and she doesnt know anybetter she had a a drivers that was expired and she also got fyned again when she was 10 minues late for court

She was on probation for a DUI. She violated probation.
