What UV rating do you look for in your sunscreen?
I have an SPF 40 here.. but that seems just a little extreme...

everything over 30 give the same protection - the bigger numbers are just marketing.
i swear by banana boat and aloe vera for afterwards.
fun idea for a sunny day - write your name on your forehead in suncream...

yes, I use a 40 when I go riding.
I've already had some spots taken off of me, have more that need to be taken care of.

Yea sunscreen may make you sick but skin cancer can KILL you !!!!
