In my 20 gallon saltwater tank i have 2 baby puffers and i feed them krill. the problems with the puffers is they are messy eaters and the food waste goes to the bottom and stays there. are there any fish i should get so they could clean up after the puffers in the bottom of my tank?

Puffers would harass any inverts you'd put in the tank, or eventually end up eating them. For a fish, you'd need something that wouldn't bother the puffers. Have you considered one of the bottom dwelling gobies or a chromis? These are both peaceful and shouldn't harass the puffers.

Well, one possibility is that you are putting too much food than what they actually need. Since they are babies, you could just feed them less servings but more frequent (2-5 times a day), rather than just give them one large serving.

Not knowing what kind of species your puffer is, i can't determine what type of tankmates that it could possibly have. But for one thing, make sure it is bigger than your two baby puffers (too small = will get picked on or eaten).

yh there are a whole range of different bottom feeders you can get from barbs.. to loaches... to cat fish and sucker fish, you can get so many in different shapes and forms, if you don't want them to come out in the day get nocturnal 1's if you prefer to see them get plecs or barbs, they do excellant jobs and are ace to watch when they go about there business. Few of my fav's are....
Clown loaches,
tiger loaches, though with loaches and barbs you tend to need around 3of each at least, if you just want to get one go for the plecs, they also come in diff shapes and sizes and they help clean your ornaments glass and plants! (bonus)
Also an extra tip, if you gonna go for the plecs they love green food, Cucumber i have found to be there favourate and it keeps them healthy!
good luck mate and hope this helps x

Don't get the bottom feeders. Get a small tube and suck up / syphon out the excess food your lazy fish don't eat.
