Remember these rules and you will not go much wrong:

1) The National lottery does notify winners, you have to claim from them.

2) Any email you receive which does not address you by name you should view with great suspition. They send them out by the million and cannot use a different name on each one.

3) Any one who asks you to send him money before he sends money to you, is running a scam.

4) Any unsolicited communication from Africa is a scam.

Unless you play the UK Lottery on-line, then ignore this e-mail. It's a scam. If you win any money on the UK Lottery on-line as I have, what you get is a very short e-mail telling you how much you have won. Not the diatribe you seem to have received.

It's a SCAM dump it.

I won that lottery so many times can not count anymore. Also won the Netherlands lottery a few times.

It is a scam.

Hate to tell you this if you didn't already suspect, but this is one of the most common scams on the Internet these days.

If you respond, they'll let you know there is a need for you to send them money for a "delivery fee" for your "prize".
