Sorry if this is confusing trying to put it in a few words is hard, if your married to a man on disability pension you seem to have to get a doctor to fill forms out he is diabled , find that confuising after all he been on it for years. but to get care payment this seems the way,need clarification

When dealing with these things you will not believe the paper work you have to fill out. Whem ,my sister was taking care of my Mother it will stressful fulling the paperwork each month. Now we live in the US, so I am not sure of laws governing where you live. They also take their sweet time doing anything. Good Luck

if he is claiming money for you to look after him, yes, it will need clarifying.
he would be able to carry on with his claim normally & you go out to work, but if he is claiming for you as well, then yes it needs to be re-done
