What can I do if my wife is threatening me, but says if I call the police she will lie and say i've been molesting my kid and beat herself up and say to the police that it was me. Please answer promptly thank you all

Call the police the next time,your the one calling, they would wonder why if you were beating her up and molesting the children why she didn't call them before or even do anything about it. If this was really going on with your children and she knew about it for awhile she could be charged for neglecting to protect her children properly. Then if you tell the police what she said if you called them, maybe they will give her a lie detector test. Then she might be in serious trouble for lying.

What is she threatening you with? I know that in many cases it's not admissable in court, but what you need to do is get yourself a little tape recorder and get her to say these things on tape, that way if nothing else, you can have a little leverage with her when she threatens you the next time. There is nothing like saying "Look at what I've got" and then show her the tape...make sure you haved multiple copies.

Sounds like a crazy lady to me. NOT COOL to use a child as a pawn!!!!!!!! You could secrety record her saying these things. Be careful though, sounds like she would go off the deep end if she knew you were recording her though. Then just leave, you don't need to be with this type of a person. Get out and take the children with you, if they are yours. You could go to the authorities as well. Sounds like child protective services would get involved.

My God that is terrible!! I would stay away from her as far as possible! get youself a good woman lawyer and let her handle this problem. Don't even try to reason with a vindictive nasty person like this!! What a lousy mother you chose to have your children. This is one sick cookie monster and these type are why some men give up on relating with their children when getting divorced. What she is doing is using her kids as a pawn how sad is that. Get away and stay away and the hell with her!!! good luck buddy.

I would also say you should bug your house with 1 or 2 tape recorders or even put in a camera ( it may sound funny) but then you would have proof. Is this happening right now or is it Frequent?
