Wear whatever is comfortable. I usually just wear a nightgown or big t-shirt and my husband wears a t-shirt and shorts. I don't understand the concept of "childish" sleepwear.

Usually my husband is naked, or wears a pair of pajama pants, depending upon how cold it is. I usually wear a tank top and undies, sometimes pajama pants if it's cold. I don't think pajamas are too childish, you should be comfortable enough with your partner to wear whatever you want.

Depends on the time of year it is...
Here a song about it..
(tune: Battle Hymn of the Republic)
I wear my pink pajamas in the summer when it's hot.
I wear my flannel nightie in the winter when it's not.
And sometimes in the springtime and sometimes in the fall,
I jump between the sheets with nothing on at all.
Glory, glory. What's it to ya,
Balmy breezes blowing through ya,
And sometimes in the springtime,
And sometimes in the fall,
I jump between the sheets,
With nothing on at all.

We sometimes wear pajamas...it all depends on the mood. If we are super tired, it is a jammie night. typically, it is underwear that we wear. I don't think pajamas are too childish unless you have the ones with the feet or some cartoon characater on the pajamas.

I wear pajamas or sweats if it is cold. I wear a pajama short outfit when it is hot. If I know it is a lucky night then I sometimes dress in lingerea for my husband but do not sleep in it.

i have three boys so i have to be careful. pajamas aren't childish, they're protection against the little one who still walks in on his own sometimes.

we usually sleep naked or in underwear (me in panties/ him in boxers). When it's cold, we sleep in pjs.
But we don't have kids- the dog is the only one that might see us naked, and we don't even let him in our bedroom
