People see things differently. The quality and food of a restaurant will vary with its location. In the Houston area Golden Corral is for the pits. Ryan's offers much better food in terms of taste, quality and appearance.

There are a lot of Chinese buffets here too and we generally go to one of these at least once a week.

My favourite Chinese Buffet is the Harmony House Restaurant here in London Ontario Canada. For pizza it is Pizza Hut's Lunch and Supper Buffet. But my husband and I really like the breakfast and dinner buffets at the Flying J Truck Stop.

Ryan's has closed their doors here. Golden Coral is better than Home Town Buffet. Our best Chinese buffet here is Dragon Buffet.

I have yet to find a bad Indian lunch buffet no matter where I've been in the United States. So, my first vote would be for Indian.

However, one of my favorite buffet's is the Sunday Champagne Brunch buffet at El Torito Grill or El Torito Mexican food restaurants.

Peking Garden Buffet. Delectable selections, reasonable prices, fantastic service, and tons of Chinese culture which has decorated the restaurant in a gorgeous theme.

I live in the Bay Area and here the place to go (especially if you are in a large group) is called Home Town Buffet. Their food really does taste like it was cooked at home. When I am alone I go to Sizzler I like the salad bar and can make it to go.
