You sign up for an account (if you don't have one) and in the process provide a guarantee that your fees will be paid (credit card and/or bank account.) If you want to accept payments via credit card or Paypal, you go through a separate process providing more information - even if you have a Paypal account. Once you have those two set up, you simply fill in the blanks and supply pictures. Have a couple of items that are less important/expensive to do test runs so you get experience (make mistakes) like wrong options or not understanding shipping.

First attach a credit card to an ebay account. I think now you have to add a bank account as well to be a seller. Then just add a listing- the site will ask you to add things like a title, what category your selling in, what payment option you want to make availible. Then of course if it does sell those bloodsuckers will take like 5-10% of what you earned. Then use communicate which your buyer for shipping and payment options. You should use paypal of course it makes it easier, but then those bloodcuckers that are owned by ebay will take out a fee as well.

Ebay now has a program that is super easy to use to list items. It walks you through the entire process. Just take a picture (not with a busy background as it takes away from the item). Describe it honestly and accurately. Most important to decide in advance is your method of payment. Most prefer paypal...so if you don't have an account, sign up for one, its free. It also protects you from bad checks and fake money orders .

you are going to need

-a camera in wich you can conect to your pc so that they can be transferd.
-an ebay acount
-a paypal acount
-download turbo lister


i think that it.

but you will use turbo lister to make the full discription and set the prices for everything and thus all you have to push is upload and it does it. then you will need a paypall account so that you may get payed and i sugest paypall because i like their securty. and then you might need another account so that you can print shiping lables at your location but that depends upon how hevy and how big the items are. some servesis will charge more than others. we us the regular post office for small things and fedex for big things.

Sinple create an ebay acct/ create a paypal acct/ then sign in list and sell * the full ini files ( oops instructions ) are avail there too, cheers!
ps you must have a valid bank acct to do these!
