Why cannot we prosecute priests and preachers or whoever taught you sentence structure in Court?

You can file a complaint in the consumer courts only for deficiency of service. Suppose if the astrologer did not keep up his appointment with you FOR WHICH YOU HAD PAID OR PROMISE TO PAY MONEY, then you can file a complaint.But if the prediction is wrong, you cannot file a complaint. By the bye, please note that You use the term "prosecute" only in criminal courts.

You can definitely prosecute an Astrologer in consumer court if you have proper documentation. so do not get depressed go and have remedy at consumer forum.
