Chicken!
The egg came before the CHICK! Not the chicken. A chick is a baby chicken. Therefore, the chick comes out of the egg, but the CHICKEN didn't come out of the egg. The chicken, though, produced the egg, so the chicken came first.

The egg came first as it was something very similar to chicken that laid an egg with a gene mutation in it. The egg hatched and there was the chicken. Everyone knows that. Stupid.

Depends on how you look at it. Creationists would say that God made the chicken first. Evolutionists would say that it was the egg laid by a chicken's ancestor. Who's to say which is right?

The egg. Dinosaurs laid eggs. The chicken is a comparatively modern invention.

I agree with saying the chicken - because if God created loads of eggs and baby animals it would be creating extra work for Himself. Therefore - the chicken.
