Unlikely that anybody can get access. Bluetooth is short range and should challenge any new device as it tries to connect. Also some bluetooth can require reinstall every time it is plugged in with XP

It is possible that someone can get access to your computer via Bluetooth. However, this is highly unlikely. If it is a desktop computer and in your home, Bluetooth does not have enough range to be interfered with outside of your home.
