try hair spray, it worked in removing the stain off my cotton t-shirt. read the article below, its a step by step process in removing ink stains. hope this helps.

i use spray and wash dual power. it is the most amazing thing ever! it gets wine and blood out on contact so that should work for a pen mark. you might also want to try a tide pen-those things actually do work, they are amazing!

if you have not already washed and dried them you can spray hairspray on them and run them under water and that should get some of it out. you can also pour hydrogen peroxide on them and then wash them again but if they have been dried it is pretty much set in there for good.

Sometimes hair spray will work. Spray it and wash. Repeat as necessary.

whatever you do don;t dry it until you are satisfied with the stain.
