i do no longer think of it is a Pagan e book difficulty, it variety of feels to be a *e book* difficulty. i'm noticing it extra with the much extra moderen books (those produced around the late 1890s and after) because of fact I even have books from the 70's that are in stable concern. My books that have been offered with the printing version of ninety 8 and onward are those falling aside. i offered a reprinting of Gardner's meaning of Witchcraft on the instant (2004) - I opened it as much as discover a quote and the pages beginning falling out.... my older one had to get replaced because of fact it have been given placed interior the oven (no longer via me, a 2 three hundred and sixty 5 days old - it replaced into large in the past that) i think of the hardback/paperback ingredient is probably going one among the themes. i could gladly purchase hardback, yet it is oftentimes no longer an determination. it variety of feels that maximum people do no longer pick to spend extra beneficial than $10 to $15 for a e book. i've got have been given e book place adventure (years in the past) and people will scream and moan approximately paying $10 for a paperback. in my view, if i pick a e book I in basic terms pay in spite of it expenses. i've got been somewhat bowled over on the fee of a few thing in the past, yet while i pick it i purchase it. yet even some hardbacks are not the main suitable. I even have a time-honored version Michael Crichton Novel hardback that the pages are falling out - i've got in straight forward terms examine it as quickly as. i think of the criteria are in basic terms going downhill. i've got have been given books from the early 1900's or perhaps the late 1800's that are in super concern.

There was a Seinfeld about something similar. George went to a book store and took this really large coffee table book about Renaissance Art into the bathroom with him. Well the bookstore "flagged" the book and made him buy it and it was really expensive. He then tried to sell it to a used bookstore but there was a book data base it was run though and the store refused to buy it because it was "flagged".

The moral of the story my friends is that you need to use extreme caution when buying a used book. I may have been a "flagged" book that slipped though.
