i am playing guitar for about 5 months and i am wondering how long will it take for me to be like this people...

an entire lifetime and maybe that won't be enough.
I have the desire to be a great player yet I could
never be as good as Hendrix. Some people have
a spark and some can only hope to stand in their
shadow.

Those are pretty high ambitions to obtain, however, how long it takes depends on your own dedication. Many of the people listed probably border(ed) on the obssesive with the desire of playing the guitar...Dedication is the key.

I could be wrong here, but I suspect that none of the people you listed ever wanted to play like anyone else. They wanted to learn to play.

I don't see Carlos Santana on that list, so it's a questionable list anyway.

It depends on how much talent you have. You could work on it for 20 years and not be any good.
