For those of you saying that it was Mick Foey, he fits to every description, except one so it is not him. Mick was not born in Chandler, Arizona.
Shawn Michaels was born in Chandler, Arizona to a military-based family. He wrote "Heartbreak and Triump: The Shawn Michaels Story." in 2005. He was a commissioner and he guest refereed in many matches, for example in a John Cena vs Edge 2006 match.
