There is a grey area, some people are completely conservative, some are a little mixed, you get where I am going. I am conservative with a very small splash of liberal on very few things.

Being conservative or liberal is not so well defined. (I thought one of your other posts suggested that too.) We are all still human. We are all still American. Has someone denied that they EVER agreed with something from the other side? I am sure one or two fools have, but in large numbers, have they?
We, the little people, tend to speak about politics in generalizations. It does not mean that is how we feel about every single person. The less status and education we have, the less importance and even time we have, it is just what people do.

Some can be. There are different economic and social aspects to conservatism which not all believe in. Like Guiliana for instance is an abortionist, and even believes that state money should be given to women who cant afford one. Disgusting!
But the important thing to remember is not all conservatives choose to dillude their philosophy. There is a measure of true conservatism that people like Rush and Sean Hannity advocate everyday and many of us int he real world are right with them on those undilluded principles.

I'm a lot liberal. HA HA. Not in the modern socialist liberal way. But for liberty, a real liberal. Small government, minimal governmental intervention. Not afraid to admit that.

They're called libertarians.
But I agree. Labels of "conservative" and "liberal" are too all-encompassing, and don't take into account an individual's stance of different issues. There are some issues that I side with conservatives on.

I am conservative. I don't have a liberal bone in my body. I think the US government should get out of everything except national defense and homeland security.

They would rather pull a McGreevey than admit to an inkling of liberalism in their bones.
