i collect both plush and resin bears. cherished teddies and boyd's bears.. i have a couple of Steiff bears too. i probably have over a thousand bears.
At Christmas i have a teddy bear tree, and a big sleigh i fill with my plush bears that is pulled by eight of the cutest little plush reindeer i've ever seen........just a little partial to bears.

I have one teddy bear, it's 47 years old. My mother gave it to me shortly before she died. It's about the only thing I have to remember her by, there weren't any pictures, just memories of a beautiful woman making my Halloween costumes by hand, she raised me until I was 8 by herself. Tough to do in those days. We couldn't afford much, she even made most of my toys. But this one Teddy bear she bought for me for my birthday and said always keep this and I will be near. Two months later she was gone, taken by cancer.

I don't but I collect other things and have a hobby like you....a man needs a hobby so stick with it if you enjoy collecting.

I do too.I might be in my teen years.I totally treasure my teddy bears.They got alota memories.

sure, I do!! I don't sleep with them every night. but I got them when I was young and they mean a lot to me!! There is nothing wrong with that!!
