As you may already know about, some high school kid from Chicago wrote violent stuff in his essay assignment and got arrested for disturbance.

Just wondering according to the doctrine of precedence, (which they have to follow the previous court decision where there was similar case happened before so if you do something and get jailed, I’ll be jailed as well if I do what you did), when are they going to arrest Stephen King, 50cent, Eminem, and maybe akon, or William Shakespeare if he is still alive?

The kid's free speech rights were violated. This is political correctness and the age of Zero Tolerance. It's scary.

Kids nowadays should refuse to write essays until they get a signed statement from their teachers saying they won't be arrested.

Sister godzilla is onto something here. Maybe the rest of us that are sick to death of these double standards should start throwing it back in their faces.
Why not make a big stink when we get offended? I'll bet there are plenty of scumbag lawyers that would take the case of a white person being greatly offended because of a c-rap song, or because someone else was offended by your ham sandwich being too close to them. You could claim you felt fear that you could be persecuted and had physical problems due to that fear.
Seriously.
