whatever label you want to give me British well good on them but I don't have to read the papers to see what is happening in my country so open ones eyes ..will only happen if all you Brits don't want to have say its not being raciest to speak out defend your country or your culture from others ...you did it in 2nd world war ..its not all down to guns and weapons of mass destruction if you don't like what I say OK but not going to apologise for being a Brit proud of my country and culture .....stand up and be counted

Instant reaction from most people - Tory Rag. I suppose that all Labour supporting rags are citadels of integrity and truth! I think that we have learnt from the latest elections that the majority of people do not read the 'Sun', the 'Mirror' or the 'Guardian' which is a step in the right direction.
Islam is a threat to the West. Don't forget that Islam ruled Spain for several hundred years in earlier times. Their creed is the same as communism in that they believe it is their right to rule the world and impose Islamic ideals on the world's population. It is a good job that some reactions to this question did not prevail at the start of WW2. Brits didn't whinge and give up then. Perhaps they should have done.

I think (or at least hope) most people in this country read all papers with an unbiased view without taking them too seriously. Most people are aware papers are out to sensationalise story's and are only really interested in selling papers. An interesting point is almost all papers support polital party's. The Daily Mail has more right wing based story's to fit whatever party they might be supporting.

Hang on, it also said that its friends in the BNP are poised for victory, and they got battered in Thursday's elections.
Maybe, just maybe, the Daily Mail doesn't always get it right!

If you keep reading and beleiving the shite that the likes of quentin letts and others in that rag the mail, keep pumping into what seems to be a listen to any kind of shite head,

no islam will never be in control of britain, just like no religion should be in control of it. christianity has no real power in the UK, neither should islam or any other self-inflated religion. im not advocating that religion should be banned, people can practice it if they wish, but they should keep it to themselves and not try to force it on others.
by the way, the daily mail, the sun and the like are all BS
