For some people, politeness is to open the door for a lady, for others this is just strange. What is your concept for politeness

Generally, I've met impolite Japanese mostly among the youngsters, and among middle aged men. If you are referring to the non- Japanese, well, politeness is not a virtue, but a tool (in Europe).

I dont find myself to be impolite. I don't say aweful things to anyone here or anyone period. You are putting everyone into one catagory.
